The book we are reading for February is “Martin & John” by Dale Peck
Yoga takes place at the Centretown Community Health Centre (420 Cooper Street) from 5:15-6:45. The class is free of charge and open to all guys into guys from novice practitioners to experienced yogis. If it’s your first time, check in with Joa (our instructor) and he will get you set up and ready to go. Blocks and mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!
